CoRFiLaC will propose not only conferences but also seminars, for a two-hour period, where the interested audience will be able to interact. Each seminar is independent, and there will be experts who will be asked to take part in the discussion with the participants.
On the tenth anniversary of Gesualdo Bufalino’s death, CoRFiLaC feels it is of particular interest to introduce to the travelers and guests of Cheese Art this illustrious Sicilian son. “Young People” and “the Elders” are other topics of great relevance for Cheese Art 2006. Objective of these seminars is to be thought provoking, since there will be a need to come to terms with these thematics for a better life quality in the third millennium. In view of an increased national interest on these topics, the seminar program will be completed with meetings about Artisanal Beers, Cerasuolo di Vittoria, cultural expressions and food.
